What People Have To Say My daughter went from 0% experience in the game of Softball to making an alternate on the All Star Team in her beginning season. She was able to double her pitch speed and accuracy with his one-on-one training. It was wonderful to see her earn a starting position as catcher and relief pitcher along with winning the divisional championship under Coach Randy! -- Brian Bell-- Under the instruction of Coach Howard, I have become a stronger player, both physically and mentally. He has taught me that the game of softball is 99 percent mental, and has been my companion in achieving a strong mind. Coach has been there to teach me the fundamentals, which are the basics of any game. He has assisted me in reaching my pitch speed of 56 mph, and has improved my accuracy greatly. I am very appreciative towards Coach and have a tremendous amount of respect for him and all of the things he has taught me throughout my experience of softball! --Quinci (player)--  What I appreciate most about Randy is his easy-going, kid-friendly, attitude. I've seen him take a timid, unsure rookie and turn them into a confident, game-ready player. Very few of us have the ability to connect with the kids the way he does, all the while teaching them the fundamentals of the game. Not knowing anything about softball I began to ask around the community to see if there was any instruction available locally. Your name came up over and over again. I have been impressed with your focus on the mental aspects of pitching as well as the mechanics. It has given my daughter the knowledge and self-confidence to handle difficult situations and keep cool under pressure. After 2 months of lessons, my daughter pitched in her first game.
